Drummond School Parent Teacher Network (PTN)

The PTN meets every 4-6 weeks. Meetings are informal and informative, and a staff member or the Principal attends to keep us up-to-date with developments within the school. Come along to our next meeting and get involved in the school community. Everyone is welcome! Our MOTIVATION is the children’s wellbeing, education and happiness.

 

 

The PTA sells either a hot lunch item or frozen Juicies every Friday lunchtime.

 Some of the initiatives that our PTN have fundraised for recently include:

In addition to the PTN, we operate a ‘Golf’ committee which is a subcommittee of the Board. Each year the golf committee organises the Southland Primary Schools Golf Tournament which is held at Drummond in November.

 

We raise approximately 11,000 from this event each year. Any parents are welcome to join the Golf committee. The first meeting of the committee each year is usually in May and is advertised in the school newsletter.
